Chocolate shavings was born as a way to share some of our favourite recipes with our friends and all the food lovers out there. Who are we? A young couple writing from Canada with very different backgrounds but a common passion for good food, photography and constant new inspiration. Jennifer is from Paris, currently studying in Montreal and leaving to start cooking school in New York this coming winter. Oliver is a twenty-something medical student with a borderline-unhealthy obsession with cameras, caffeine, and his trusty wok.
